On Repeat Clients and Good Environments

I truly enjoyed working at this Client, and that was true even prior to the pandemic. In my most recent deployment, I was one of five 8020 Consultants involved, and all of us were made to feel welcome and necessary to their business operations.

At the onset, the Client communicated their business objectives clearly. Then we received a set of marching orders and were given autonomy to perform our jobs. All the hardware tools and internal support were available to us as if we were employees. The working environment was also collegial: from the line staff to the directors, the 8020 Consultants were considered part of the team. And our Client respected the work we were providing.

Due to the Client’s needs, a lot of our work could be interpreted as tedious, repetitive and often voluminous. However, having such a great Client made it a pleasure to accomplish the business objectives they set for us.
