Transition Controller for a $200M Entertainment company focused on Distribution of Film and TV content. Created an automated consolidation model and implemented a new monthly close calendar.

Led the accounting organization of over 40 employees during a financial turnaround and sale to a strategic buyer, including operations in North America, Europe, Latin America, India and Asia-Pacific regions.

Served as SEC Reporting Director overseeing the SEC reporting for a $230 million public company, including published earnings tables, Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, XBRL, and Proxy Statement, interacting with external legal counsel and senior-level stakeholders across the organization to complete the comment and review process through filing.
