Key team member in the OneStream implementation at a $6B medical device manufacturer. In charge of the intercompany process. Collaborated on the design, data validation, user testing and user training. Converted 20+ reports to the OneStream format.
Performed royalty audit by reviewing the terms of the contract, and analyzing the counter party's sales data (over millions of lines of data) to see if they were in compliance. Identified potential payment shortfalls and contract breaches resulting in findings as high as $4.5 million.
Developed and managed 8 staff to perform the journal entry analysis for all of the clients in the LA office.
Create a Teams dashboard for the CFO that contained his commonly used reports. It also highlighted Actuals vs Budget and Current Forecast vs Prior Forecast.
