About Kellen

Kellen Smith is a seasoned executive predominantly leading and advising high-growth service businesses within private-equity-backed environments. She previously served as President, COO and CFO in various private-equity-backed companies leading them through large-scale growth, multiple M&A transactions (25+), turnarounds and successful exits. Her expertise lies in driving scalability, optimization and sustained growth while maximizing profitability. Kellen started her career at Accenture in the Pricing and Profit Strategy practice primarily advising Fortune 500 companies globally across various industries before moving into FP&A. She holds a B.A. in Mathematical Economic Analysis from Rice University, where she also excelled as a Division 1 soccer player. A native Texan, she resides in Dallas with her husband and four children.
