As a consultant, the greatest compliment I can receive is when a Client has me “top of mind” for their next financial task requiring a solution.
I truly enjoy my line of work, and it’s rewarding to apply my industry and operational experiences in collaboration with Client teams and in improving the ways they work. I’ve been able to initially deploy for interim finance, accounting or tax roles and move into different areas like reporting efficiencies, where I can optimize the existing systems and create space for their expert talent to showcase their greatest analytical contributions.
Building value and trust with my Clients are the rewards of well-defined and executed engagements over time. Through process and with successful repeat deliveries, I get to see the Client shift from viewing me as an external Consultant to viewing me as a valued and essential finance partner.

Casandra has more than 15 years of finance and operations experience primarily in the entertainment and media distribution industry as well as the pharmaceutical industry. Casandra started her career at PWC in the New York Metro Area and participated in Johnson & Johnson’s Financial Leadership Development Program, before moving to California. She worked for more than four years as a Finance Manager at NBC Universal, in International TV Distribution, a $1.5+ billion business. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Montclair State University in New Jersey. Casandra is also obtaining her Executive MBA at UCLA Anderson School of Business.
