Spearheaded a comprehensive balance sheet clean-up exercise that identified and resolved long-standing account discrepancies, resulting in an approximately $10M pick-up that was reinvested into strategic business initiatives across the organization.
Led the design and implementation of a group-level internal control framework across 4 subsidiaries, aligning all entities with unified compliance; successfully embedded controls across finance, accounting, and operational functions while maintaining business continuity throughout the transition.
Redesigned the month-end close process, reducing the close period to a consistent 2 days while simultaneously decreasing headcount reliance and eliminating overtime — improving both team quality of life and cost efficiency without compromising the accuracy or integrity of financial reporting.
Launched and scaled a Global Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program across 2–3 countries, automating 40+ processes using UiPath and Power Automate; redeployed 5+ FTEs from manual transactional work to higher-value analytical and strategic finance activities, significantly increasing team capacity and operational efficiency.
