My last deployment involved an implementation of a new Accounts Payable system – the client was moving from Oracle to SAP Ariba. The client did not have previous experience with Ariba or an in-house depth of knowledge of the implementation process. As I had implemented Ariba in a prior client engagement, I was able to walk through the benefits of the system and detail potential issues that could come before, during and after implementation.
That led to a level of trust with the client in my assisting, leading when necessary and providing guidance. My presence helped the client better prepare and anticipate potential issues before they arose. So, the client addressed issues more quickly and efficiently and ultimately achieved better results
The systems implementation of SAP Ariba at this client was far smoother than with my previous client, and I know my presence and experience was beneficial. On more than one occasion, the client let me know that my guidance was sound and accurate and expressed appreciation for my support.

About Radha
Radha has 15+ years of finance and accounting experience in various industries, with a specialty in Entertainment. Prior to consulting, she was a Sr. Manager of Financial Reporting at Paramount Pictures, where she managed the consolidated GAAP and cash reporting to DreamWorks Animation and Marvel Studios. As a consultant, Radha has performed financial system implementations, provided accounting services for month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes, business process re-engineering, created forecasting and budgeting models, and managed the forecast and budget cycles and deliverables within various large clients. Radha is also an alumnus of PwC in Los Angeles, where she was on engagements spanning various industries of varying sizes, such as Valeant Pharmaceuticals, Tetra Tech, Disney, Arbonne and Morgan Creek Productions. Radha holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton.
