On Collaboration and Effecting Change

On my last project, I had the opportunity of working with the different depreciation models and methodologies for the various fleet portfolios owned by my client.

I worked alongside the fleet team to investigate, research and identify key issues in their processes. I especially enjoyed the interactions I had with engineering, insurance claims, AR, AP and the treasury management teams, as well as other subsidiaries owned by the client.

The experience provided an in-depth understanding of the client’s core business operations, and as a result, we were able to enhance their processes to operate more effectively and provide better results and value. It was a rewarding experience to complete a project for a client and make them operate more efficiently than before.
